Storm surge area residents urged to evacuate. (East and Southeast) Mandatory - 6am Thursday.
Flood plain residents - especially by Bayous - evacuate.
Mobile home residents. Residents in structures that are not strong - evacuate.
Employers and schools asked to not operate on Thursday and Friday.
