I am so proud of my parents tonight

My mom and dad have been life-long Democrats. They've always voted. They've kept themselves pretty well informed on the issues and candidates. Normal citizenship stuff.

But tonight...they went to their first precinct convention. They even took a black box voting resolution with them that is going forward to their county convention. And even better...so are my parents...they are gonna be delegates at their county convention later this month.

Did I mention I am SO proud? :)

Mom, I know you lurk...and if you see this, I love you. You and Daddy ROCK! :)
