How does someone get 100% of the vote? District 16?

While I was glancing through the various results and this one caught my attention.

Anyone from there? Whats the deal how is that possible?

I've heard of landslide elections, but seriously at worst I would expect the loser to atleast get a few percentage points, if not atleast a handful of votes.

Jorge's filing fee check bounced. It is erroneous of the SOS's website to list his name in the totals. His name wasn't on the voters' ballots.

and you're absolutely right Jorge's name should be removed from the SOS's site. That would eliminate any and all confusion!
