Ding dong the dick it dead! (Joe Nixon)

"Say it aint Mold" Joe Nixon was horribly defeated last night by right wing loud mouth simple minded Dan Patrick. Nixon got only 8% of the vote from a very conservative bunch of Republicans.

Nixon was behind the tort reform bill in 2003 which restricted access to our court system and limited malpractice awards to $250,000. Insurance rates have NOT been reduced as promised.

But Nixon will also be remembered for his moldy home. While filing the tort reform bills for the insurance agency his insurance company (Farmers) was paying $300,000 in mold remediation for his $360,000 home. All the while his minions were at the mold hearings claiming mold was junk science. It wasn't junk science for Moldy Joe though.

Nixon embarrased the true hypocrites of the state.

Some good news in the returns last night. Both Nixon and Kent Grusendorf, two of the largest, sleaziest repubublican turds were flushed down the drain.

2. Thank God! I know Patrick is also a tool and a nutjob, but at least he's

not bought and paid for (right?).

How do Patrick and Nixon compare on consumers' rights versus corrupt home builders? (I assume Patrick is bad, but he can't be worse than Nixon who set the all time bar as worst person in the world on that issue).
