If you live in his district you should try to schedule an appointment with his D.C. office as a constituent. If you don't live in his district, you're probably not going to have any luck actually meeting with him or a high level staffer. They'll probably let you sign the guestbook and leave him a note but won't bother with you too much.
If you get an appointment I would advise you to just pick one topic important to you. Giving them too much information on many topics is just going to be lost on them. Pick something that is really personal to you and be an expert on that topic.
Keep in mind that Olsen used to work for Senator John Cornyn so you already know what kind of ideas he has. There going to be very similar to Cornyn's ideas. - Conservative!
