5. The inaugural is in fact on the 20th.
The Electoral College vote is certified on the 6th.

I, personally, would rather go and protest on the 6th, since it's looking very unlikely that they will let protestors anywhere near the inaugural route on the 20th. they will re-coronate king george without any whisper of dissent present.

I'd totally be up for going on the 6th. In fact, I *will* go since I had to miss the 51 capital march -- now I just need to figure out how to make it happen.

I live in N Tx area if anyone wants to carpool!

I really hope I can make it to DC for the Counter-Inaugural protest on January 20th. It's just a matter of $$$.
