Call Vilma Luna and tell her why you don't support her

From Save Texas reps..I just called and told her office that I was sending money to her opposition because of what she did (siding with repubs)during re-redistricting. Letter below...ESP if you are from Corpus!

When DINOs Attack

When Tom DeLay's puppet GOP legislature redistricted in 2003, only a couple of DINOs (Democrats in Name Only) played along. Remember how proud you were of our 51 Democratic State Representatives and 13 State Senators when they all stood together and broke the quorum and held up the GOP's plan for months? Well, Vilma Luna was one of a couple who stayed home and played ball with DeLay.

Now she's attacking the Texas Democratic Party, accusing them of recruiting candidates to oppose her in the 2006 primary. I have a feeling that a few thousand people on this email list would be happy to support that effort. To send Rep. As chair of the House appropriations committee, she also wrote a budget that kicked
175,000 eligible kids off their health insurance and pushed $1.5 billion in unfunded mandates down to local governments like her home district of Corpus Christi's to care for the mentally ill.

1. Vilma Luna has got to go

Her Corpus Christi constituents can do much better. She may not be as bad as Ron Wilson was but I have no problem cleaning our house. Vilma needs to go from the Texas House. She was complicit in the redistricting slaughter.
