Bernie Sanders town hall meeting information
Received by email.

Congressman Bernie Sanders will be hosting multiple town meetings in the next few weeks on education, Social Security and on our national priorities. If you can't make it but have thoughts, please let us know. We will try to use your comments at the meetings.

Defending Public Education

This meeting will examine the recent escalation of attacks on public education, and explore what can be done to preserve an educational system which provides equal educational access for all children and young people. This Town Meeting will take place on Thursday, February 24th at 7:00 P.M. at the Pavilion Auditorium, 109 State Street (next to the Capitol) in Montpelier.

Social Security:

Bernie will be hosting four town meetings in March on the future of Social Security. Please come and find out what is at stake in the critically important debate about the future of Social Security at one of four Congressional Town Meetings being hosted by Congressman Bernie Sanders in conjunction with AARP Vermont, the Community of Vermont Elders (COVE), the Vermont Alliance for Retired Americans (ARA), the Older Women's League (OWL), the Champlain Valley Agency on Aging, the Central Vermont Council on Aging, the Central Vermont Community Action Council (CVCAC), and the Vermont AFL-CIO.
