Vermont Governor Peter Shumlin talked from Salt Lake City, Utah about his state's recent efforts on health care, the Governor signed a single payer health care bill into law in May, the state's push for renewable energy and how the economy is affecting Vermont. He talked from the National Governors Association meeting being held in Salt Lake City. He also responded to telephone calls and electronic communications.
