Are people seeing Emergency Warning Alerts on the TV |

I haven't seen one yet and I'm in Snohomish County. Normally alerts are broadcasted across the top of the screen. Not one alert about the flooding. This seems really wrong. Seems like there's an emergency situation going on.

Lemme go turn on TV downstairs and I'll report back...
ETA: I didn't see anything, but I'm up in Kirkland. Is the flooding bad where you are right now?
