Mike Webb's body identified...apparently, it was murder...

As a radio talk show host, Mike Webb made his name by bringing a righteous, raging passion for politics to his late-night broadcasts.

At 52 years old, Webb met his end at the hands of someone whose rage was broadcast through a blade.

Webb's body was found Thursday hidden in a crawl space of his Queen Anne neighborhood home, and it was identified Friday by the King County Medical Examiner's Office. Though the remains were badly decayed -- Webb had been missing for two months -- investigators were able to determine he'd been stabbed repeatedly by his killer.

Police declined to release many details on the investigation, describing the inquiry as "active and ongoing."

This is really freaky. and weren't there still some people living there after he disappeared? maybe his body was recently moved back in for some reason? how could you not notice a certain odor? I can smell a mouse caught by a cat a few days ago from across a yard.

5. Too much speculation. I'm not comfortable at all with the official explanination....

The SPD needs to excuse themselves from the case and let the State Police or FBI take over. From what I'm hearing, this man was stalked, discredited (auto wreck/ insurance so-called fraud), and then murdered! (Utlimate silence!). Because the SPD had an alteration with the victem, they should not be involved with this case.

It freaks me out that he was worried about his safety to the point of carrying a gun. I never actually thought he was being paranoid. I heard some of the bile from people who called his show.

I wouldn't actually be completely surprised if it was an angry, right-wing listener.

I still have trouble believing this is true.
