I just got a notice from out county emergency management people that 2 wet storms are approaching and flooding is expected throughout western WA for the next few days. First storm is Tues, second is expected to be larger and wetter Tues eve-Wed, along with 30 mph winds, gusts up to 45 mph. Wet ground and winds = trees down and flooding. Blech.
So, prepare. I'm off to get some gas for the chainsaw that lives next to my weeks worth of emergency food/water in the back of my commuter car.
