OK, here's the deal - the very soul of our company depends on whether I have the ovaries to do this. A company here in the Puget Sound area owes us over ten thousand dollars. Our work on their project was done 6 weeks ago. They are big, with big pockets, but are claiming that they can't pay us because they haven't been paid by the client ( OK, here goes, the client is PUGET SOUND ENERGY). On Tuesday, we have payroll, which we will not be able to meet without this money. We are going down, we have no home equity left, no credit left, nothing. Tomorrow, I am planning to go and sit in their corporate office and refuse to leave until they cut us a check. Our terms were "balance due upon completion", AND, we gave them a $6,000 discount because they whined about our pricing after we went into contract. My question is, is this crazy?
