if he still supports changing the way restaurant workers are paid, that would ultimately result in lower wages?

Can he explain why he would support such a measure, even if it was way back when? It seems like we are facing a trend that is pushing wages down, and we don't need politicians supporting anything that would depress wages. I hope the state dems do some commercials on this, if he wanted to take money away from hard working Washingtonians once, he will do it again.
