Well, for a fee $125 you can see her and have breakfast at the Davenport Hotel in Spokane with her. For $250 you get a private audience. What's the matter? Sure that's a high price for breakfast, but your return on investment will be tremendous.

If you'd like more advance notice, she isn't bragging about this on her own website, and probably won't until it's over, but she will be appearing on Wednesday, June 8 at a Washington Policy Center panel on what eliminating Health Care will look like. The price for lunch is a lot more reasonable, only $20, but that's $20 too much to go into the Washington Policy Center's coffers (John Bolton is the featured speaker at their annual event this year). We'll probably be outside protesting again.

Protest of Cathy McMorris Rodgers' Vote To End Medicare

Last April 15th, Cathy was one of all but 2 house republicans who voted to defund the popular program. We are horrified our congresswomen would act against the interests of the poor and elderly in our part of the state, without giving us a chance to talk! So we are holding another protest..


We are protesting Cathy's $500 a table event at the Red Lion Hotel, where she will be telling her wealthy supporters how she intends to dismantle health care reform.

Back in 2009 she was one of many republican house members who said our health care system was "fine", and pledged to do nothing as thousands were being kicked off their plans through no fault of their own.

We are continuing to collect non-perishable food for local charities to further defend the needy citizens of our state from the policies of Cathy McMorris Rodgers. Demonstrators brought SIXTY pounds of food last week!
