My guess is that she will vote against a filibuster and then vote against confirmation once he has the votes. Another guess is that the Demo's won't even filibuster. Just a feeling based on previous "wimp outs".

Demo Senators still keeping their powder dry while Bolton, Cheney, Rummy and Wolfawitz involve us in more wars.
