Is anyone else having trouble with Comcast TV reception?
I'm watching KO and the picture goes blank for a few seconds then the comes back. Audio isn't affected. Or is it my TV?

1. I have that problem sometimes.
At times I find that it is the cable connection into my TV, which I can fix easily. Other times, it's the cable itself, or rather Comcast itself. It's frustrating, that's for certain.

7. The broadcasting towers in Queen Anne often cause interference

with Comcast channels because they are so close to everyone, and on a hill. You can get slightly better reception if you run your cable through a vcr or dvd or whatever, (and connecting from that device to the tv with rca composite or component cables is better, still).

10. Yeah, I run my TV through the VCR.
It wasn't that kind of interference...in my case, the screen was going black, like it was turned off, for abot 5 seconds then the picture came back.

:hi:

9. It happens to me frequently
Our Comcast bill is outrageous, too. We buy a couple of pay-per-view sports channels and it just jacks up our bill. This is one industry that seriously needs regulation.

12. Trouble
Your description of blank screen for a time, then not, then blank screen, etc. is the same problem we were having last week. Glad to know it isn't the TV.

We're South of Seattle about 30 miles in the getting crowded boonies.
