2. I live in Central Washington
I don't want to say exactly where, but it's pretty much in central-southern-ish washington. Kind of in the middle. Heh. Anyway, I'm from South Carolina, moved to SEattle in 2001, then moved out here in 2004 and CAN. NOT. WAIT to get out of here. My god. THe republicans are so horrible. Even the liberals are terribly conservative. My socialist-side withers and hides in this valley hell :D

3. I am only here in Spokane for about 2-3 years.

I am only here for school. After that's over, I may give California another shot but I might end up living in Portland. I had already lived in California and here in Washington so I may give Oregon a try. I can say I lived in all 3 West Coast states then. Besides, I like Portland as well.

6. P-land is perfect.
My highschool years were spent in SW WA and weekend trips to Pland were a must.

Its the perfect size, with the perfect progressive population and the perfect climate!

Gonzaga or EWU?

7. Spokane Falls Community College
I might try to transfer to Portland State if I do really well. I know that the sooner I get this done the better.

4. Sounds like one of the towns near the end of the alphabet!
Yup, the _____ Valley has always been a hell filled with right-wingers. My sympathies.

I was born in Goldendale, and I know exactly how you feel. Sometimes, though, to just be back home for a while is nice enough to tolerate the conservatives for a little while.

A nice central WA area that's got a nice liberal stronghold is the north-central Methow Valley. I shouldnt tell you that, since it's my childhood stomping-grounds and the place I most wish to retire to, but there's plenty of thinkers up thar - and it's the most beautiful place on earth.

Tri-Cities are the pits, btw! :7

:hi:

long live red apples, red wine and red liberals!
