There are still and always lines drawn in so far as how far one will go down any avenue of risk. It is indeed one thing to be out on the limb somewhat. If you look at the activitys of sex offenders in Washington State, -King county.

Kiro news uncovered threw a investagative report that sex offenders, hard core, the convicted fellon type, had meeting places ,places they met late at night or very early morning hours -code named churchs.


Now those criminal fellon sex offenders meet at locations to buy,sell and trade information -leads to their desires.

Other fellon convicts also meet there to gain leads to places to commit robberies. The world of scum bags.
Drug addicts that would bring pictures of nude children to exchange in trade to sex offenders for informational leads to places to rob.
Also a stolen good ,s flee market sort of thing.

So what does all this have to do with Foley you might ask.

It is the underworld that is the world of reaitity to sex offenders.
The world that they operate in under the radar so to speak.
It is who and what they truely are.

It is where they remove the mask that they where in all other aspects of the real world in all that it takes for them to function within it.

Part of how they operate is finding fault with situations, people- in the everyday world- which is the way it is- within the radar.
