If you read the KC Blog now you will see an UPDATE at the bottom. It is from an e-mail received today from Hartman & Tyner. They deny any current negotiations with THF on a merger?????

Does it mean that their former talks & plans are now comming together???

If that e-mail from Hartman & Tyners VP is correct, this could be one of the bullets from a smoking gun?

This VP is almost admitting there were some type of negotiations years ago going on between the two companies for some type of partnership? Personally, If I was "Danny Hartman" (as Kent Carper Refers to him) I would NOT have opened that door by eluding to any conversations past or present between him and THF.

It appears 7 Canebrake drive does exist a few miles down the road in BLUFFTON SC which borders HHI.

The press release criteria (its automated) does not offer Bluffton as a city so I think HHI makes sense.

I would not jump to conclusions on what PWDGroup stands for. There are thousands of companies who have the same name, even though PWD is not that common.

Personally, I do not care who is putting all of this out there in the public. Its a good thing. If you looked into Nitro's problems as hard as your trying to look into this, Nitro would be a lot better off.

Lets just all wait and see how this plays out over the next couple weeks. I just find it very hard to believe this (pwdgroup) is all coming from local people associated with Nitro.

They appear to be on more on a higher level.
