2. Hillary to win by 8 or 12 net delegates?
Most of the predictions seem to say that Hillary will win a net of 8 to 12 delegates from West Virginia. Here's one analysis:

Most delegates are assigned by US House District, while others are based upon the percentage of the Statewide vote.
