Michigan's Rodriguez tells some fans to get a life

I doubt if anybody in Mountaineer country feels sorry for Rich. I know I'm glad he's gone.

1. He's an asshole. When your own hometown disowns you,
you can be pretty sure that karmic justice isn't too far around the corner.

Speaking of which--at the moment, Michigan 7, Ohio State 42.

:D

2. Worst season in Michigan's football history Heckuva job Rich...
And Damn did you see the game Pat White had against the Cards?

Coach Stewart has a far better record his first season than Richy Rod did his first year at WVU...I wonder if WVU can get a bigger wad of cash when Michigan buys Bill Stewart than they did when Old Blue bought Rich Rod and John Beilein?

Here in WV "bailing out Michigan" has become a way of life!

3. White was excellent against Louisville.
Might as well face it, next year we probably won't win the national championship.

4. "national championship"
Maybe not, but I think Jarrett Brown will be a fine QB next season. AND, maybe Pat White's little brother will turn out be a great player too?

I'll bet Rich is homesick...

5. I thought this was Brown's last year but you're right, he'll be back.

I forgot he sat out the 2005 season. That's great, he's a fine quarterback who's come through for us when we really needed it. Like in the triple overtime win against Syracuse in 2006. What a performance for a second stringer!

He's so good you have to wonder what he would have done if he hadn't been in the shadow of the spectacular White. I guess we'll find out next year and I'm betting he'll be great. I retract that sarcasm about the national championship.

6. Watching Jarrett Brown play reminds me of watching Major Harris,
except I think that Brown is a better, more accurate, passing QB than either White or Harris. As a runner Brown don't have the lightning breakaway speed that White has, but I think Brown's size and strength will make up for what he lacks in speed, a bit. Brown can scramble and avoid the sack, throw on the run and he generally gains positive rushing yardage, especially in those third and short situations.(when the Zebras don't beat him out of his rushing TDs like the one in yesterday's game) If the OL and Brown's other skilled position counterparts can produce better as they too mature with age, I look for a very good season next year.

I think Bill Stewart might even get better with a little age and maturity at head coach. He looks like he's learning to scream and rave at the players a little better.

Your picture of Richy Rod is really funny...he don't seem to be very happy these days.
