1. Elliot "Spike" Maynard

He lost for re-election to the Court in the May 2008 primary, and was eventually replaced by Margaret Workman. Though he ran as a Democrat in all of his previous elections, he is now running in the Republican primary to attempt to replace Third District Congressman Nick Rahall. Maynard doesn't stand a chance!

The justice that Blankenship bought and paid for was Brent Benjamin. He will be up for re-election in 2016.

8. Spike

Spike was my mother's attorney, and later, a judge in her divorce. In my opinion, a more crooked man you will not find. It is fitting that he is "best buds" with Blankenship.

As a side note, I remember hearing rumors from my mother that his son had a cocaine problem.

I look at his Facebook page and am discouraged to see so many people supporting Maynard. I hope Nick kicks his ass.
