McKinnley only won by 700
if those people had voted for Oliverio, he would have won
not sure if him losing is a bad thing though
he was slightly less conservative than McKinnley

2. actually the votes for Mollohan were because of a machine error |

they were votes for McKinnley which were flipped to Mollohan even though he wasn't on the ballot
it was a county in the central part of the state-I want to say Upshur but I'm not sure
