Allegations Include Kids Driving School Buses And Drivers Photographing Female Students Topless

In the Hudnalls pending lawsuit, county bus drivers Randy Easter and Sam Hill, are being sued along with the Board of Education for what the Hudnalls attorney constitutes as “conduct that was atrocious, intolerable, and so extreme and outrageous as to exceed the bounds of decency.” Beginning during the fall of 2007, and continuing through May 29, 2008 or longer, Easter and/or Hill have been making sexual advances toward MK and have committed the acts of battery and sexual abuse by a parent, guardian or custodian. In April of this year, driver Randy Easter did resign for “personal reasons."

According to Mr. and Mrs. Bobby Hudnall, their daughter “MK”, is just one in a number of young students in Mercer County who have been harassed sexually by school bus drivers, teachers and aides. It all began back in 2007 and is still reportedly going on to this date. Hudnall claims that as recent as October 20, 2010, another Mercer County WV parent has come forward with details of how their teenage daughter is being enticed and seduced by a middle aged school bus driver while riding to and or from home.
