Frank "Doc" Stevens died earlier this week -- he has been the announcer at WVU football and basketball games for ages. As a member of the WVU Marching Band, we knew him for the phrase "And now, from the College of Creative Arts . . . " Killer that this happened the week before Homecoming too. It'll be a sad day in Mountaineer Stadium on Saturday.
