GREEN BAY — Why should the good sheep — excuse me, good people of Wisconsin — care how tax money is spent? Or whether it’s appropriated lawfully?
When the governor of a state cares nothing for the state Constitution, why should we the people? First the bogus contract with the Indians, thrown out by the Supremes, (that was a surprise); now, he crosses out some words in a few sentences and, voila, gives his administration the ability to appropriate funds — one that is specifically relegated to the Legislature.
Do the fine citizens mind? Only a few.
Our state is well on its way to being run like a third-rate banana republic with Doyle in charge. Careful on the dissent, though. The PC thought police are right outside the door. Dissent is not to be tolerated.

Where was your outrage when Tommy did vetoes like this? Huh?
