I would love to see Russ Feingold speak at the Sept 24 peace rally

He's the guy with the plan for troop withdrawal.

He's the guy we want to be our next president.

1. Having just hard Russ at BobFest yesterday, I agree.

I will be rather surprised if Russ doesn't at least make a primary run in 2008, and he's already staked out an antiwar position, so he would have nothing to lose and everything to gain by going to DC. That would be the place for the Peacies of America to get to know him.

2. Just think of all the disillusioned bushists...

how appealing Russ is, even to the WI repubs - maybe some of the disheartened in America can find in Russ' maverick voice the values of compassion, fiscal responsibility, and INTELLIGENCE to get the job done...

I'm rambling (I just got done with church) - but I think you know what I mean.

How about a Feingold-Clark ticket?

3. I contacted his office and he will be in WI Sept 24, not at the rally

I think he's our country's best hope for the future, and I want to spread the word. A lot of people out of state don't know much about him.
