Sorry, I can't find the link. I read something about it in yesterday's Wausau Daily Herald. Apparently a record-breaking 28 tornadoes isn't severe enough to get deferal aid, and the "state should be able to take responsibility" for the cost.

Think this wopuld have happened in a red state? I seriously doubt it.
