Eating Liberally @ Beans & Barley on Oct 1 @ 6 PM
(posting this because Jason's having some technical difficulties...)

In honor of the precipitous election that's coming up in less than 34 days, it is time once again for us to eat, and eat liberally!

Milwaukee Eating Liberally will indeed eat tomorrow, Wednesday October 1 at 6PM up at Beans & Barley, conveniently located at 1901 E. North Avenue on Milwaukee's upper east side. We will most likely be on the patio, barring rain, so make sure to dress warmly! It's going to be chilly... But your hearts will warm at the sight of so many people coming together to eat liberally and support our rightful causes, be it electing Barack Obama or tossing out the county executive and his cronies. We'll be there!

So come one, come all, lefties and liberals, moderates and conservatives alike everyone is welcome. Here are the details:

*** When: Wednesday October 1 at 6PM

*** Where: Beans & Barley, 1901 E. North Avenue, Milwaukee

As always, Eating Liberally's unsobrietous cousin Drinking Liberally will be meeting on the third Wednesday of the month down at Sugar Maple, 441 E. Lincoln Avenue in Bay View. If we can't see you tomorrow, we hope to see you there.

Eat, drink, and be liberal!

Jason, Jeff, and the Milwaukee Living Liberally crew

2. I won't be there either, actually.
I've got class until 7 and some work to do at school after that.

For reference:

Always the first Wednesday of the month, at 6 pm.

November's is at Bella's Fat Cat on KK in Bay View.
December's is at Transfer Pizzeria Cafe at First and Mitchell.

In 2009, I hear there will be visits to Maxie's Southern Comfort, Rice Palace, Stonefly Brewery, and area farmers' markets during the summer.
