Unless its south of Portage, black bear sightings probably aren't too rare.

3. Random lake is just north of ozaukee county in sheboygan county

right along highway 57
a number of random lakers would work in Milwaukee
sort of a far northern milwaukee suburb.

4. There's been a bear reported in Waunakee recently

and tonight on the news they said the DNR is trying to catch one in Verona... both suburbs of Madison. They are showing up in back yards.
