Scott Walker and recall/special elections

Has this guy ever gained office by winning anything other than a special or recall election?

I know he's been re-elected, but has he actually won an office by winning a regularly scheduled election?

I just sent in a letter to our local Voice of the People about him and his slight of hand budget for Milwaukee County...he really wants to get out of that job because that budget is about ready to implode with all the unbudgeted things coming due..employee concessions, Mental Health facility funding, projects not counted in the budget, parks maintainance etc.

2. His budget gaffs have already erupted.

When I saw the news coverage of those toilets that he was making the county workers use, waste from overflowing toilets, was because he wanted to save money and didn't plan for the transition. The most appalling budget gaff to me is the budget savings he made by spending 0 dollars over the last two years on the county infrastructure. The ODonnell parking structure that was flagged to be in need of attention, but he ignored it. This appalling decision caused the loss of a child. Walker will not release investigation report about this matter until after the election.
