Ohio's Kasich and Walker using the same playbook again?

So, days after Walker talks union-busting, what are Ohio folks getting from their gov-elect?

"KASICH: Right, if they want to strike, they should be fired. You should not allow, look, you should have a change in the law…there are ways to say that you are not going to strike, and we’re going to continue negotiations without a binding arbitrator…Binding arbitration is not acceptable.<...>"

Since that's one more instance of these two using almost the exact same language, who's writing the playbook? I'm serious here; these two are obviously puppets of the same puppeteer--who?

I live in Ohio, but have family ties to Wisconsin, so I'm watching both states carefully. Kasich has also come out against arbitration for public union employees AND no longer wants to pay "prevailing wages" for any public construction projects. That is very interesting to me because his Lt. Governor, Mary Taylor, is married to one of the biggest construction firms around, Welty.

A few people are going to make a lot of money, and the rest will find their incomes declining and their expenses increasing.

It's going to be an ugly four years for Ohio, given how vulnerable it is already, and it sounds like Walker will be doing similar damage to Wisconsin.

I thought most states didn't allow it.
