1. Of course he shredded inappropriate docs
I mean come on, his term has been crookeder than a corkscrew. With any luck, Halloway et al. can manage to get something from his computers or e-records that might be stored somewhere or incompletely discarded.

4. Only a criminal would need to "clean house like
we work at Enron." This guy's bee up to criminal activity and those that know how need to dig (keep digging) into his past.
