Some good news out of yesterday's mess--Jason Haas (www.haasformilwaukee.com) made it through the County Board primary and will face Steve Kraeger in the general.

Now, the problem?

Well, we'll let this speak for itself:
http://www.milwaukeesupervisor-stevenkraeger.com/milwaukeecountysupervisorstevenkraeger.html

This is a swing district--leans left but doesn't topple all the way, and it deserves better representation than Steve Kraeger will give. He said in 2008 (he's run for this seat at least 3 times) that he would be Scott Walker's backup on the board. Yeah.

We can't do this alone.

We need your help: http://www.haasformilwaukee.com/volunteer/

We do need your funds: https://co.clickandpledge.com/sp/d1/default.aspx?wid=39487 (And, if you do contribute through this link, could you add an extra 45 cents, for the 4/5 general election, so I know it's from DU?)

Jason will be in Madison today standing with the teachers and other union members. He'll be back knocking doors tomorrow.

Thanks! Onward!

(Skinner said I don't need special permission to post fundraising information for legitimate candidates with real web sites, even if the legitimate candidate is my spouse.)
