Carlos Lam, Indiana prosecutor and long-time republican activist just resigned from his position after admitting to sending Walker an email advocating:
"fake a physical attack — even using a "firearm" — against Governor Scott Walker in an effort to smear union protesters as violent thugs."
http://www.politicususa.com/en/gop-prosecutor-fake-attackAfter days of insisting he did not send the email, he finally caved and admitted that his account was not hacked, and that he indeed was the sender of the email.
More from Lam's missive:
"If you could employ an associate who pretends to be sympathetic to the unions’ cause to physically attack you (or even use a firearm against you), you could discredit the unions.
Currently, the media is painting the union protest as a democratic uprising and failing to mention the role of the DNC and umbrella union organizations in the protest. Employing a false flag operation would assist in undercutting any support that the media may be creating in favor of the unions. God bless, Carlos F. Lam."
I really like the "God Bless" at the end. Classy.
I think this reporter's summation highlights a very important take-away:
"If union members are the awful “thugs” Republicans claim they are, why do self-proclaimed “Christian” Republicans feel compelled to use deceitful, felonious, unlawful means in order to set protesters up to appear violent after weeks of peaceful protests?"
