I have voted for Kloppenburg, Please check in here...
My son is home from the Foreign Service for a three-day visit. Yesterday we went in to the Town of Middleton Clerk's office to vote early absentee. They said that the number of early ballot requests has been high.

Please let us know when you've voted! It's a great feeling! :D

9. My husband and I voted this past Monday before leaving for NY.
There were several voters but heavy turnout in Brookfield does not bode well.

11. I actually prefer
voting ON election day - it just feels more patriotic. But since my son was home, I wanted to go with him when he voted. Also, this way if I'm hit by a truck between today and tomorrow, my vote still counts as long as I am clinging to life. Just KEEP ME ALIVE UNTIL AFTER 8:00 PM ON TUESDAY, PLEASE.

34. I agree about voting on election day
I guess it just brings back lots of cool childhood memories of watching grown ups come in to my elementary school and do magic stuff behind those little curtains.

16. Voted
at 7:30AM my wife and I were numbers 54 and 55. That's pretty damned good for a spring election...

went out for coffee with a friend and drove by the polling places at 9 AM...they're BUSY, BUSY, BUSY.....

I hope this bodes well for Kloppenburg and by extension...the WHOLE STATE OF WISCONSIN

against all the judges who were running unopposed.

but we were ten deep today at 7:45 I don't think people are turning out to vote for more of the same.

22. confused
saw a couple of firefighters at the polling place this morning..

where they there to vote for solidarity with their union brothers who were not exempt from Walker's petty tyranny

or

Were they there to protect their interests?

I'm confused.

28. Under normal circumstances
it wouldn't be unclear...but there is an organization called FIREPAC that is a political action committee of IAFF who's agenda is unclear...the IAFF supports AFSCME, and Teamsters and WEAC but I don't know about FIREPAC....plus they supported Walker in the general election

I voted for Kloppenburg AND signed a recall for Sheila Harsdorf. It felt so wonderful. I think I was # 211 in my small village of Spring Valley @ 4:30.

Now I will bite my nails for the rest of the morning.
