In this race we should learn that:
We CAN beat the Koch Brother's Money!
It isn't easy but we can do it...
look who backed Prosser:
Americans for Prosperity Citizens for a Strong America Tea Party Express Grandsons of Liberty (?)
All of those were Koch-fueled organizations..all bought advertising and all bought robo-calls, manpower, to defeat Kloppenburg.
Kloppenburg squeaked out a razor-thin victory because the traditional Democratic/Progressive Coalition came back together and fought off the huge expenditures by Walker's allies.
We have learned a lesson for 2012....let's not start fighting among ourselves and forget that our strength can only come from our unity.
Salute to my DU brothers and Sisters who made this happen.

1. My dad said something similar last night. |

He pointed out that judicial incumbents are usually a shoo-in. The fact that Prosser had to work for this speaks volumes, whether he wins or loses. This is an important election...so much the better if Kloppenburg wins. But a message is sent either way.

2. And once again, never let people say, "it's only one vote" |

People don't think they have to come out and vote. My husband didn't bother, nor did my mother in law. The other side comes out--and we have to do it as reflexively as they do.
