Madison Wisconsin - It again appears that none other then embattled Governor Scott Walker has his hand yet again caught in the cookie jar of possibly unethical if not immoral acts involving the nefarious Koch brothers and agreeing to what is a political situation of "I'll scratch your back if you scratch mine" all the while throwing Wisconsin's environment under the Corporate bus driven by none other David Koch.
