Milwaukee County Behavior Health needs funding and staffing improved....

I hope that is the first thing that gets straightened out.... But I'm sure there is going to be the on going fight over that property that will be used by the higher priced health care industries... The real-estate people can't wait to get their hands on that land... Their will be lots of tongues waging about all the crap that has been allowed to happen because no one could keep Walker in line...
