Validation of the Red Herring -- Lookit the Left Hand (Ignore the Right) theory?

Overall, statewide, whatever the totals in Waukesha -- compared to the 2010 Governor's race -- the whole state went BLUE.

Except for the City of Milwaukee. (That voting population represents one in 12 voters, statewide.)

Milwaukee went much, much REDDER, especially in the Bluest wards.

....Go Figure.
