Wisconsin legislature votes to end regional transit authorities

Well, Vos and the pro-highway builders have gone beyond their victory in killing passenger rail projects in Wisconsin. The two year austerity budget includes legislation to dismantle the agencies that could potentially coordinate and plan mass transit projects in the future.
