WI state employees health insurance rate raise

Need clarification about the rate raise of the premium for health insurance. And what about the inclusion of co-pays? Another hit against public employees by our wonderful (NOT) governor.

1. I believe that was the same hit Walker did to the county workers as he went out the door...

Their deductibles doubled.... Don't know about the co-pays or the monthly premiums.... I'll see if I can find out more.

2. My contract is still in effect, and the

employer provided health insurance (employee paid and employer paid) is $10,500/year.

Right now I pay something extremely low like $24/month.

After my contract expires I will have to pay 12.8%. So like $100/month.

Keep in mind this is for a young single woman. For a family it would be outrageous. I'm a professor at a tech school so I'm not sure it would be quite the same for state workers, but I have WEA so I imagine it's similar...
