2. What a freaking shame

In the early '90's, on an 18 month assignment to a federal grand jury in Milwaukee, we saw alot of Jeff Wagner. Wagner was modest, smart, seemed fair, and presented well prepared cases. When he retired from the assistant federal attorney job in '93, he told our grand jury that as a lawyer he expected problems setting up shop because, being a federal prosecuter, he had very few connections to get clients in the outside world. And here, 18 years later, since leaving the federal attorney's office, he has become an absolute media whore.
