Why no news on the investigation of Walker's aides?
Is there a press blackout or isn't there any thing new about it?

1. Ever consider that there just is no new news and these things take time?

2. because no one wants to talk durning an ongoing investigation.
The ultimate goal is to bring charges against Walker & those who gave money to all of them and the investigation is not yet finished.

3. I did see an article a couple of days ago, but....
...it was just the barking dog at the Journal, Dan Bice the Investigative Watch-Poodle:

http://www.jsonline.com/watchdog/noquarter/costs-of-john-doe-probe-adding-up-131429003.html

For many current and former aides to Gov. Scott Walker, the John Doe investigation can't end soon enough.

Not so for former state Appeals Court Judge Neal Nettesheim.

Because his meter is running.

Records show Nettesheim has been paid $36,605 to oversee the 18-month probe into political activity by Walker's former county staffers.

The probe has cost $30,805 more for court reporters, clerks and travel expenses.

That brings the total court-related costs for the criminal investigation to $67,410, according to information provided by Bruce Harvey, Milwaukee County's court administrator.

Same stupid thing they did with the recalls this summer. Yammer and yip and run around in circles about how much it was costing, and how the sky might
somehow drop from on high -- on to the backs of the poor and much abused tax-paying citizenry -- if such abuse of government is allowed to continue much longer.

The sad thing is, if there's that much pressure on the Journal to play up the negatives of the investigation, how much pressure elsewhere...?
