wisconsin places second to illinois in crain`s survey
http://www.bizjournals.com/milwaukee/blog/2011/10/crains-illinois-business-climate.html

for all the bluster walker has been laying on illinois it seems he does`t "nurture" a business climate that is better than illinois.
he said he was going to create jobs and demonized illinois tax rates.he was proud that a factory moved to wisconsin because of the millions in tax breaks to create 100 so jobs.would`t it be better if wisconsin and illinois would get on the same page and create jobs that both states would benefit from?

i hope that wisconsin throws this guy out in the snow so wisconsin and illinois can once again cooperate on our mutual interests.
