Return to Milwaukee: Friday, January 21, 9am

Ride in a coach bus with other activists and join thousands nationwide in counter-inaugural protests. Among the protest events planned for inauguration day, January 20, in Washington, DC, are:

• 9am: RISE Against Bush/SHINE For A Peaceful Tomorrow: Rally followed by March on White House at 11:15 AM (www.dawndc.net)
• 12pm: Billionaires for Bush auction off Social Security (billionairesforbush.com/dc/inaugural.htm)
• 2:30pm: Turn Your Back on Bush in the Inaugural Parade (turnyourbackonbush.org)
• 3pm: Alternative Inaugural Concert (www.all-souls.org/community/inaugural.htm)

Itinerary:
• Wednesday 5pm: Depart Silver Spring Park and Ride Lot* (Silver Spring and Port Washington) for State Fair Park
• 5:15pm: Depart State Fair Park* (84th St. south of I-94) for Washington, DC
*PLEASE GATHER AT ONE OF THESE LOCATIONS 15 MINUTES BEFORE DEPARTURE TIME.
• Thursday 8am: Arrive in Washington, DC Once in DC, you are on your own to participate in whatever actions you choose, using public or other transportation.
• 7pm: Depart DC
• Friday 9am: Arrive in Milwaukee

If you plan to participate in the "Not One Damn Dime" protest, be sure you pack food and everything else you need until Friday morning.
