No.
But then, I don't have any children. Having seen similar questions elsewhere, the answer appears to be tied to whether or not a person has dependents.
And I get that.

I would vote. ;) If I were living in Iraq now I doubt I'd go out much. I'd be skeptical about any elections the Americans helped to set up, I'm sure. :nuke:
