Got my Feingold letter in response to concerns about election fraud

"...it is crucial that the Senate make election reform a priority during the 109th Congress (2005-2006). While some steps were taken after the 2000 election to help rectify a number of problems with out voting process that were identified across the country, clearly more needs to be done. To that end, I strongly hope that the Senate Rules Committee will make this issue its very highest priority, and that the Senate's leadership will schedule any legislation that emerges from such a review for a prompt floor action."

I hope so too, Senator Feingold, otherwise don't bother running for president. You'll meet the same fate as Senator Kerry- you'll win, but you won't be president.

Actually, it's my second letter from him. The first, I presume, was a response to an e-mail I sent in early January. The second (this one) I am guessing is from a phone call I made on the 18th.
