Part of 4J is named Enzi Drive

U.S. Sen. Mike Enzi has a new street named after him in Gillette.

The council voted 6-1 Monday to rename the portion of 4J Road running south from its intersection with West 4J Road as "Enzi Drive."

The rest of 4J Road will remain unaffected and continuous from its origin north of Second Street to the intersection with West 4J.

Mayor Duane Evenson said he was pleased to see the council honor Enzi, the first person from Gillette to be elected to the U.S. Senate.
